Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on business days are processed the same day.

Processing Time

Order processing (order verification, picking, and shipping preparation) takes 3 business days.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 4-7 business days

  • Total delivery time including processing: 7-10  business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.

Delivery Process

Below is the complete order process—from order placement to delivery:

2. Processing & Packaging (3 business days)

3. Shipping

Once processing is complete, your package is shipped and assigned a tracking number.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

4. Delivery within 7-10 business days

Delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, plus 3 business days for processing.
We monitor each shipment to ensure it arrives safely.
