The ruching on the sides is genius

I've never had a long sleeve that creates this much waist definition without any compression. The ruched side panels pull everything in beautifully and the chocolate brown is one of the most flattering colors I've worn to the gym. Seen Essential has completely changed what I expect from activewear. This is my most-worn set right now and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Really solid for gym training

Worn this to strength sessions three times and it has held up with no issues at all. The long sleeve stays tucked during overhead movements, the ruching doesn't move and the shorts don't shift through squats and deadlifts.
